I love it here. The grounds are amazing. The location is great. The staff is great, and the HOA does a good job managing the building fairly and efficiently. If you can find an unit here, I'd jump on it. Alot of the other reviews are fairly uninformed. They mostly read like they are homeowners annoyed at renters and want to vent.

Security issues, budget problems, HOA high assessments, building looks like a tired woman that needs major cosmetic work inside and outside. Noise levels unmonitored, amenities such as pool and tennis area unmonitored and outsiders come and go using the facilities This place needs major overhaul. Yes, more renters than homeowners is part of the problems. Did I mention dog owners that allow their animals topee and crap in the building elevators,halls and amazing grounds?
