Wow....such a beautiful place to live! All age groups live @ Pac Isle. The tropical interior is outstanding. Amenities include a large year round heated pool and a HUGE spa that attracts residents to relax in and meet other residents, a sand volleyball court, tennis courts, a workout rm with separate men & womens locker rooms with saunas! Also Pac Isle has a game room with pool & ping pong tables, a BBQ area with tables and a large laundry room with newer machines. There is also a HUGE lagoon with fish, ducks and I even saw turtles!! The wild parrots fly in and out with other wildlife visiting too. I bought a unit 5 years ago and am in the process of buying another to rent out. I just love this place. Yeah, is is an older complex and yeah...it needs some updating...and yeah it's not perfect...but where can you buy in the beach area for under $200,000 or rent for under $1300. with all these amenities''

and where else do homeowners live where the general public can enjoy the amenities you pay for every month. Cheap rents keep resale values down, yup it is the cheapest building west of the five!
