Where do I start' Well, the new management here is horrible. First thing they did was raise the rent, second thing they did was take away community features.
The fitness room is pathetic. The apartment is located right next to the 15, so you walk out the door and thats all you hear.
Don't expect the management to fix anything in a timely matter. Hall lights, locks, and washer/dryers will stay broken for at least a month.
We had major water damage to our walls. They did fix the hole in the roof in one day, but a month later they finally "repaired" the water damage. No mold treatment, but they did paint over it with the wrong color.
Our unit is top floor. I don't know about the other floors, but ours is like a sauna. Its always like 90degrees, it only gets down to 75 with a/c on.
The elevator is a year pass expection, with is probally why it often gets stuck.
And everyday, there is someone going through your trash in the dumpsters.
Possitive stuff' It does have two pools, indoor/outdoor spa, saunas, racquet ball courts that rarely get used. Neighbors are nice and pretty much keep to themselves. the apartments are very close to sound proof.

But I can't wait to get out of here.
