Padre Gardens is terrible! The staff is unresponsive, no one answers the phone, there is no parking for you or your guests, loud noise from your neighbors, broken gym equipment, broken washers and dryers... Need I say more'
When I moved in, my refridgertor wasn't even cooling the food. When I asked for it to be replaced, they refused. After calling multiple times, they finally came. Parking is absolutely horrific. They only give you one parking sticker PER APARTMENT, even if it's a 2 bedroom. They took away guests parking so if you want to have friend over, good luck! By now, I've had my dishwasher "fixed" four times now. Also, they made changes to my lease (the part where you list all the things wrong before you move in) without me knowing. The writing is even in very different handwriting!
They've also fired a bunch of their staff multiple times since I've been here. They can't keep temps and regular staff. There's new people in there all the time. And the Supervisor, Lee, he's a jerk.
If you take a tour of this place, take note of the really gross hallways where things are dirty and broken. Also, ask to take a tour of the laundry room and look at how many washers and dryers are not working. This place is terrible! Stay away!
