WATCH YOUR VEHICLES From: surfcurlgrl@lycos.com Date posted: 3/14/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Whether you are a resident or just visiting a resident of this apartment complex, be forewarned about the very strict parking policy they have on the premises. Actually it isn't the parking policy you must beware of, but the fact that they have a contract with WESTERN TOWING, to allow that company to tow away any at any time... car not properly documented for parking. The complex/ parking areas bare no signs stating this fact. I am also unsure if the rental agents working in the office of said complex bother to enlighten the newest additions to the community of this trival little tid bit. The towing experience is not only a costly one... to the tune of $284.00, but it is an inconvenient halt as well. I was dropping off friends after a night of being out on the town, walked everyone upstairs, stayed about 1/2 hour, and when I returned my car was gone! Good luck.
