So far I'm very happy with Padre Gardens.. The parking isn't as bad as some have previously stated but then again, I live in the front building so I'm always able to find a spot ..the noise isn't bad either ..I sometimes here my neighbors upstairs walking around but not enough for me to ----- and moan ..the staff is great!! ..there were some repairs needed in my unit when I first moved in & they fixed them promptly ..for the most part, as a young woman living alone I feel safe here ..I looked @ so many other apartment complexes and belive me Mission Valley was not on my list of places to move but honestly I feel like I'm getting my money's worth here!!
