I signed a year lease and have 2 more months to go and I can't wait to get the out of here. Here are the reasons why I didn't like it here...
APARTMENT
1. there's no water pressure.
2. sometimes there's no hot water, so good luck taking a nice hot shower.
3. no water. they'll turn if off without any notice.
4. appliances are old.
5. insect and rodent problems.

GROUNDS
1. noisy because of I-15.
2. parking lot isn't lit very well.
3. absolutely no parking for you or your guest(s) on the grounds, as well as on the street. they do offer a garage, but that cost a lot.
4. parking lot needs to be repaved.
5. there is no state of the art fitness center. most of the exercise equipment don't work.

Security
1. there is no controlled access because resident don't close it all the way.
2. there is some security, but only on certain hours of the day. My truck got broken into.

Management
1. They are mean and don't care about the residents needs.

To the person who is reading this, you have been warned. Don't be lured by the great location and inexpensive rent.
