We have lived here for almost two years and really don't like it. The water turn offs are becoming a huge issue. Just the other day they told us the water was being shut off from 10am-10pm on a Saturday! We had no notice. Over the past few weeks the water has been shut off numerous times, and when the water is actually running its either freezing or extremely hot in the shower.

Parking can sometimes still be an issue. The pavement of the parking lot sucks. The pool is nice, but the chairs are missing straps so you can't use them. Rent is cheaper than almost every other place in Mission Valley but traffic and noisy crowds during Charger games can get a bit crazy.

I can also agree with everyone else's stories about mold. We have a problem in our bathroom they can't seem to get rid of. Our dishwasher has been looked at countless times and they refuse to replace it.

Beware if you decide to move here.
