I have been living here for a year and wasn't thinking about renewing a lease, as this property was constantly downgrading. However, under the new management, things are getting better; they finally fixed the water pressure and replaced all the boilers, so the water temperature can be adjusted, as it should be; both pools and hot tubs are being cleaned three times a week, it used to be very dirty and neglected; the maintenance and landscaping staff are much more efficient and get things done. That can be seen all around the property. Despite the fact that the property is situated just by the busy highway, noise level from inside is very low, if any. I have never seen any bugs or roaches, nor mushrooms growing in the closet, like some tenants described. Overall, a nice place to live at, especially with the management enforcing rules. The property is a little bit older which can be seen by the architecture style, many things need to be fixed or replaced (especially parking needs new pavement), but far from "falling apart". Ample parking and great location just off the two main San Diego highways and walking distance to Qualcomm Stadium are just some of the advantages. I have seen newer and fancier properties, but for considerable higher rent. This is the best value. Highly recommended.

How would you know all these technical details about boilers? "Management" doesn't decide to replace a retaining wall or water boilers... it is the owner. This place also treads a line of keeping your deposit. It's right on the line where suing them would barely be financially justified. I am sure they rip many people off like this and skate by because we don't have the time to pursue it in small claims court.
