I moved in earlier this year & have not been too impressed. Rent is cheap but you get what you pay for. Managment can be very rude at times & not care about your concerns. In the last 2 weeks, 2 seperate cars have been put on blocks & the rims have been stolen!!! We are talking NICE RIMS but it makes you feel very unsafe about leaving your car. There is security but I guess they just missed them... twice. If you have a nice car, beware. I have crappy rims so i'm not worried. Parking is crazy right now because they are re-paving the lot in 4 shifts. I understand they are trying to "better" the facility but when you take away 200 parking spots at a time, don't think about going out past 5pm because you won't find a spot when you come back. & they will tow you if you park illegally plus there is no guest parking or street parking so you can't really have friends over. Noise levels can be annoying, you can hear through the ceilings so I reccomend getting a top floor. You can hear your neighbors so pray you do not have loud, partying college students because you will be up all night. Buildings have hard water so be prepared to have your hair feeling like straw after you take a shower. The apartments themselves are ok, lots of closet space & large floor plans. Appliances aren't that great, but they work. All in all, I can't wait to move. Some people may be about to put up with all this, but its not for me. Be very careful if considering moving in here. The price may seem great but you will be pulling your hair out soon, trust me. If you do decide to give Padre Gardens a try, be sure to get a 3 month lease, just in case you feel the same way I do.

OMG, are you the manager of the apartment complex? Dude, what's wrong with you? you are supposed to care for your tenants, as a manager you don't tell people to leave, if people want to leave because they don't like the construction going on due to improvements, then let them go, but don't tell them that you don't care, that send the wrong message to people that is looking for a place to live. Honestly, after reading your review I don't want to live at Padre Gardens anymore.
