THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE SUCKS. THERE IS NOTHING GREAT ABOUT IS AT ALL. THE FRONT OFFICE PEOPLE ARE RUDE. LENA, THE ASSISTANT MANAGER IS RUDE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. THE ONLY REALLY NICE ONE THERE IS LISA AND THIS ONE GUY. THAT IS IT. DO NOT LISTEN TO MANAGEMENT ON ADVICE. THEY SAY ONE THING, BUT WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORD. THEY TOLD THE COMLEX DURING RE-PRAVING THAT IT WAS OK TO PARK IN THE RED-ZONE ON PROPERTY, THE NEXT DAY WE ALL GOT TICKETS AND THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. THEY COULD HAVE DEDUCTED IT FROM OUT RENT BEING THAT IS WAS THIER MISTAKE. THE LIGHTING IN MY APARTMENT HALLWAY ONLY WORKED THE 1ST MONTH I LIVED THERE AND THEN IT DIDN'T WORK. NOW HALF OF THE HALLWAY HAS LIGHTING WITH A VERY BAD ELECTRIC JOB. FIRST OFF, NOT SAFE AND MAKES THE COMPLEX LOOK LIKE SOME LOW INCOME COMPLEX. PARKING IS THE WORST. IF YOU DON'T HAVE A CAR, YOU'LL BE FINE. THEY GIVE YOU ONE PARKING STICKER WHICH DOES NOT GUARANTEE NOTHING. MAKE SURE YOU'RE HOME BEFORE THE SUN GOES DOWN, OTHERWISE YOU WON'T FIND ANY PARKING NEAR HOME. AND PARKING IS NOT SAFE. CARS GET STOLEN, BROKEN INTO, AND RIMS STOLEN. AS FOR WATER, MAKE SURE YOUR ALWAYS CLEAN BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS HAVE WATER SHUT DOWNS AND ALWAYS LONGER THAN THEY SAW. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE. I RATHER LIVE IN THE GHETTO AND PAY LESS AND SAME MONEY B/C THAT WHAT I'M DOING NOW, BUT PAYING WAY TOO MUCH.

WORST PLACE TO LIVE IN SAN DIEGO. If you enjoy enjoy having your car ticketed and/or towed, your water shut-off once a week and your rims and tires stolen off your car then this place is for you. The management is an absolute joke. Any time you present an issue to them they fail to fix it. This is by far the worst place that I have ever lived. Don't make the same mistake that others have, stay as far away from this place as possible...

During the parking renovation the management didn't have alot of solutions, this is true, my car was towed too. Yet I stuck it out and the building is older, their are going to be issues here and there, but its a nice place. The grounds are always kept up and the office is always nice to me. Maybe you had one party to many and you pissed them off. I will say I wish that the security was better, but I think that those security issues have more to do with the location and the properties proximity to the freeway. You can't blame the management for that stuff. The joke being that you were probably one of the idiots that only complain when things affect you but don't give a darn about the rest of us who actually live here. Some of us have been here for over 10 years and we like where we live and are tired of you little snots bashing a great place that you probably help bring down with your nasty comments and outrageous expectations. This place has gone through alot of managers. Finally we got someone who is doing something to make improvements. The management are rule sticklers and I like it. No joke about them at all and as far as I'm concerned thats a good thing!!! I'd rather live in aplace that enforces the rules because they care any day!!!I hate to see when you actually have to buy a house and have to pay for all of your stuff to be upkept.. but then again your generation probably won't get that far.

The management specifically said NOT to park in the red zones. During construction my car was towed because I came home at 2:30am and there was nowhere legal to park, but I knew it was my own fault. Management called the tow yard and asked them to reduce the fee, probably because I didn't blame it on them.
