I lived here for about 7 Months.
Advantages: Rent was cheap for a one bedroom and lots of space. Air Conditioning worked great in the hot summer. Location was pretty good.. charger games are only 8 times a year.. not a big deal. Laundry room works great, and they re-did the pool and inside landscaping. Maintenance guys were always nice to me, and always said hello. Had minimal problems with that. Staff was always nice to me... you get respect when you give respect.
Disadvantages: The parking lot was 3/4 redone and unfortunately the spot that wasnt completed was right in front of my unit. I moved out a few months ago and drove by and its still the same when I left. Lot of ghetto people live here... my neighbor used to play T-Pain all day long and the bass rattled my walls. Very frustrating... management did notify him numerous times, and it did get better. The rent increase after 6 months was a lot so I decided to move elsewhere. They make you sign a 6 month lease with a special so they can jack up the price later. Nothing you can do about it, because you sign the lease stating you will pay the higher cost after the lease is up for month to month. If you want to resign another lease you dont get a discount, but actually have to pay more! Its kinda crazy how they do it. I make plenty of money, but hate feeling ripped off. My advice is work the best deal you can, and make sure you read the fine print on the lease if you get a special. This place also gets a lot of electrical outages and water shut downs.
