Not sure what the negative reviews are about. I have lived here almost 2 years and am very happy. I have a 2 bedroom overlooking the pool with a garage....the leasing staff is pretty much my personal concierge service. They all know my names and even walked my mom to my apartment when she was lost. Where else can you get service like that' My apartment is clean, big and even has a painted accent wall.
If there is a negative it is that I spend way too much time at McGregors sports bar right next door! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

Im guessing that this is your first apartment because there are many more apartments for rent better than padre gardens for the same price. And I love how you dont mention anything negative about padre gardens. I lived there for one year and it sucked.

This review is over the top and not truthful. This review implies that a garage is part of the lease...ha! You have to pay $100 extra per month for a garage. If you want covered parking it's about $45 per month. If you don't opt for either of these options , then it's a first come-first serve space available basis. Also, NO GUEST PARKING!!! You will be towed if you fail to have a parking permit visible. I have a view of the lot and have seen as many cars taken away.

Personal concierge? They won't even accept packages. See if you still feel that way after they have screwed you out of your deposit for normal wear and tear items. This place is a tenement.
