Very noisy college students. Tend to be noisy from around 11pm to 3am on most weekends. The next morning there's almost always broken glass on the path below their balcony. The glass never gets cleaned up and I can't walk my dog through there. Cars have been stolen and broken into in the parking lot. Staff not very helpful but fairly friendly. Nearly impossible to find parking spot after 9pm. Asbestos on the ceiling. Hot tub never hot. Work out equipment tend to be broken. Sauna never works either.

The place is literally falling apart. The hallway ceilings have cracks and the walls are peeling paint and plaster. You can see the metal frame in building "C" by the far entrance. This door has also been broken several times and they "fixed" it today. Complete idiots. Our keys don't work in the lock, so we have to walk all the way down, then back up to get into our apartment. Lights in the hallways are broken everywhere. Trash everywhere too. Building "C" is designated for pets, but the management is NOT pet friendly. Every month the whole building gets a note on their doors saying that dogs are barking and that legal action will be taken if its not stopped. It's just a disgusting and horrible place to live that is very unwelcoming.
