be very careful when moving into this apartments, the staff are bullshitters and tell you hat you want and when you move in they dont give a f**k. The apartment model had new matching applicances and nice bathroom lighting, mirrored closets in the bedroom, the leaser told us that our apartment would look exactly like this but when we got into our apartment it had none of the above, it was like a comlete different apartment. i wish i had time to look at it but when we asked to look at before we did our lease the lady told us " the keys were nowhere to be found" so we got the ugly suprise the day we moved in.
i would have def. got another apartment, these are the cheapest and ugliest apartments in mission valley, dont rent here!! uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

Small attempts have been made to make things better, but it needs a complete overhaul. What drives me nuts is the simple things the management fails to control or keep up. Lights take forever to be fixed, there is widely known rodent problem, druggies, and the dog problem. Don't get me wrong, I think it's great to have a dog, if you can pick-up after it and control it. The mgmt did provide some potty stations, but don't penalize those not pick-uping after their dog. These are the same people that let their dog roam free everywher: in the pool area, the parking lot, the tennis courts and the courtyard. Like these people own the place. The people down the hall from me own a scruffy brown mutt that is a prime example of this problem and is always out running free without a leash pooping everywhere. The mgmt needs to get serious and start enforcing fines. If they make an example out of a few, then the rest will follow and we can get this place cleaned-up. Rules without enforcement are useless.
