It is very coincidental that of the far and few between reviews of this community that one the received 5 stars was posted on the same day that "Archstone property management" responded to the previous post. Apparently this answers the question as to whether or not leasing agents frivilously use this website to make fake reviews to up the rating. Unless your "last place" that you lived was a crack house, I would highly disagree with this posting.
