I lived there for a year and a half and all of my experiences were negative. Teenagers had loud parties in the courtyard every single night (even setting up tables to play beer pong). Tow trucks wait every night in the court and follow you to your spot to make sure you aren't towable. I had four incidents where I had a car towed (twice for parking close to the entrance to unload groceries for FIVE MINUTES, once for borrowing a friend's car for the night and leaving it in my spot, and once when a friend dropped me off and left their car for less than ten minutes to walk me to my door). Had my car windows shattered and stuff stolen twice in one year. You have to sit with your laundry while it's going because I had so much stuff stolen. Neighbors are either young and excited about the relatively low rent (and cramming five or six people into a one-bedroom unit) or else old and creepy. Several mentally disabled people. Management is impossible and extremely rude -- it is like talking to a wall. I was so glad to get out of there -- I wouldn't wish this apartment on anybody.

I posted this original review. I also forgot to add that there is absolutely no visitor parking and street parking is next to impossible to find. Friends had to park at the 7-11 two blocks away and have me drive down to pick them up. Nightmare!
