Building is nicely landscaped, has a swimming pool ( which can sometimes be noisy, but to be expected) Nice large size units. In my opinion the kitchens could be upgraded. Has gated parking wich is nice. Laundry really is not sufficent for all 72 units sharing 2 laundry rooms. My sister lived there for 10 years and had horrible maintenance issues and problems with Management. Also Management Co. Melroy doesnt return phone calls with complaints on their managers. The ignor you as well... Not too helpfull. But the property it self is nice k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

Don't consider these units or the ones next door until the massive construction across the alley is complete in the summer of 2009. Toxic dust and deafening noise six days a week. Also the walls are paper thin with Studio units sharing a common wall with bedroom of other apartments. No insulation in ceiling if you are downstairs you hear every footstep from upstairs. My partner and I are out of here as soon as our lease expires.
