Massive construction of six story apt building across alley won't be completed til summer 2009 - deafening noise and toxic dust six days a week. Noisy neighbors, paper-thin walls, tiny laundry rooms - considering leases required there sure is a lot of moving in and out - after nearly two years, of the 20 plus units in my courtyard, we are one of only four units that haven't turned over multiple times - includes 3722 Alabama Street too - same complex.
