ISN'T WORTH THE MONEY

ParkView Terrace apartments are not dangerous in my opinion but they are extremely small. You turn around and your in the kitchen from the bedroom, the walls are thin and you can hear everything. Also I experienced some weird looking insects that somehow found their way into my apartment(I freakedout). I battled mold the whole time I lived there, everytime the apartment above mine would stop their toilet or splash too much water on the floor from the bath I would get a leak over my toilet from the ceiling.
Parking is HORRIBLE, let me tell you...unless you are willing to pay an extra 40 bucks a month to have a carport(which could be far from your apartment) you will spend time parking then walking all the way to your apartment. There are only 2 washers and 2 dryers for one whole building, you are lucky if you find it empty. The management is hardly in the office and when they are there they are never avaliable (always with a perspective tenant). For 900 dollars for a 1 bedroom and almost 1100 for a 2 bedroom there are A LOT better places to live...trust me.
