My husband and I lived here from 2004-2005. At that time, this complex fit our price range and was in the location we wanted to be in. It is literally right off the freeway, which is great but also very noisy. We had a one bedroom that was cozy but not quite sufficient for the amount of things we had. Practically no storage space. The management was excellent, we never got to know the first manager too well, but Angela, the current manager, is great and very helpful. The majority of the neighbors were very nice, although we had a neighbor who was (and probably still is) very inconsiderate of the noise level at any hour of the day. We could hear them yelling at the top of the stairs (right outside our bedroom window) early in the morning on weekends. Once, we heard them disciplining their kids quite loudly. That was probably the biggest disappointed of living in the complex. Other than that, the fireplace is great, we got great use of of that. I really had wish they kept up with the grounds a bit more, but for the price we paid to live there, it was bareable.
