Amelia - was a stone-faced liar.
Angela - is as useless as a rake during a flood
Hopefully the new management group will do a better job of order in the complex.
Our neigherbors allow their children to make all the noise they want/run around the complex as if it were their backyard. No dicipline. The children are rude, leaving their toys and trash all over the place. I can't imagine what their homes are like.
the laundry facility - abt 1/3 of the dryers are out of service on any given week.
Maintenance - ususally takes a day for the maintenance guy to check out the complaint...very good, prompt service.
Parking is adequate for tenants, not for guests.
