well to start off it only takes about a year to get any kind of acknowledgement from the management. you have to put a five hundred dollar deposit for the pets and then you pay thirty dollars a month to keep them there. you might be lucky to get a problem fixed the first time most of the time it takes about three tries. warren is so cheap that he took away almost all of the visitor spots so people would have to buy the spots instead. when this occurred the spots were also made smaller to get more people in the lot. this place sucks in general.
