This place is horrible. Security is constantly smoking pot and sleeping in his car. My vehicle has been broke into twice in the parking garage. I was told that i could move parking spots for the last 10 months...i have yet to see a new parking spot. Im forced to squeeze my SUV and Camaro into spots that are too small. $25 extra EVERY month sure is a lot for a 2nd parking spot...considering there are 3 people that live in this house..all which have vehicles. Shouldnt the landlords be thinking about that when they assign parking spots' The landlords SUCK. They are rude and inconsiderate. They have neglected every complaint i have ever made about this unkept property.I have almost slipped and cracked my head open in the laundry room because they mop the floors and DO NOT put a 'Wet Floor' sign up. thats a lawsuit waiting to happen..The laundry facility looks like a 'crime scene' and is unsafe. The Sprinklers water the concrete more than they water the plants and grass. I have slipped and reported it to the office.....the sprinklers remained the same and the landlords didnt seem to care.No incident report or anything...This place is the worst, poorly organized and run complex i have ever been in.
