This is the worse apartment to live in the whole San Diego area. The management does not care about the tenant s complaints; they allow any people to live there without checking their background, history of previous residency and which person are living on each apartment. The noise levels are so bad that you can t sleep at night without wreaking-up at the middle of the night; also police presence is very consistent due to bad neighbors. In addition to management does not care about the interior of the apartment; they hardly change or/and repair defective/obsolete appliances. They always raise the rent every year but they do not spend any money to upgrade their apartment units with better electrical appliances.
