I lived here for 6 months and it wasn't bad. The rent was reasonable (735) for a one bed room. It was pretty big, it always looked empty. The management was very good and very professional. If something broke it was fixed the next day. No pest, no mold, no real problems. Freeway access is great it's really close. Parking isn't that bad, the off street isn't that bad. At first I didn't want to leave my car on that busy street, but I had no chose. I parked on the street for 4 months while I was there and never had it touched by another car or person and I have a very nice Honda Accord EX. The area at first glance looks harmless but after awhile you can see the not so nice part of it. But shoping is close by and Starbucks around the corner, so it can't be that bad. The complex has Cox cable which I miss. I mved into an area with Time Warner and I hate it and it's 20 dollars more that Cox for the exact same service. The neighors are quite nice too. I recommend this place to people on a budget. i moved because they raised the rent and I found something similar in a nicer neighborhood for that same as the raised rent.

Really? How much did they raise the rent to? And you said you moved into an area that was nicer and the same as the raised rent, where was that at?
