Been here 2 years and it has been good. Haven't had problems with management or the repair crew. Stuff is always fixed well. One time they showed up late for an appointment.

The gate, gym equiptment and other things are rarely broke and fixed fast when they are.

Parking isn't a problem, there are tons of open spaces all the time.

It's very very quiet. So quiet I can hear the crickets and frogs at night. If you don't like nature sounds you probably won't like it.
