The complaints about managment are nonsense. I feel like I bug them alot. ALOT, but they are always extremely nice and respectful and do their best to help me out. I had a problem with my mail not getting delivered. They helped me out. I had a problem with Federal express not informing me that packages were waiting. They helped me out. When someone parked in my parking spot, one phone call and that was solved. I wanted to plan a birthday party in the rec room, they helped me out. Every time they were nice, respectful and helpful.

Anyone who complains about the managment here doesn't know how to live and work among people. It is that simple.

It was so tedious reading through the same lies written over and over.

The gate is broken a lot: That isn't true. It was broken a couple of times in the last year and was ALWAYS fixed within a day or so. That's it.

The complex is noisy: That isn't true. You will not find a quieter apartment community anywhere.

Parking is a problem: That isn't true.

You don't believe it' Go and visit the complex. You will see tons of parking spaces available, a working gate and you certainly won't hear a lot of noise.

I have lived here 2 years and will definitely be renewing my lease again.
