This complex had 20 neg. reviews and 16 pos. reviews in 2004. Over five days (1/8/05, 1/9/05, 1/31/05, 2/1/05, and 2/2/05) 14 remarkably similar pos. reviews appeared. Theory #1 the complex staff suddenly realized that their renters are not happy, addressed all concerns, and inspired a mass of grateful renters to sign on to this site in unison to report their satisfaction. Theory #2 the complex staff suddenly realized that their renters are not happy, have decided that fixing the complex would demand too much effort, and have started a campaign of misinformation to fool potential renters. Theory #3 Unknown renter truly believes this apartment complex is grand and somehow believes that their opinion gives them the right to minimize the valid experiences of their neighbors. Hey, I live here. No one can tell me that my apartment is quiet. I don't agree with some of the complaints here but, I would never say that someone is a "liar" because I have no idea what they have or have not experienced here. I'm sure some of the apartments here are dead quiet- good for you. If you've got a 2 bed and 2 bath maybe we can swap. I just feel sorry for the next sucker who gets this apartment.
