I just moved into the complex last month based in a large part on the comments on this board and a discussion in the resident forum.

I was probably the one who stirred up a rash of comments on this board, because it seems most of the residents didn't know this board existed or that people were lying about the complex in which they live. They happened to find out after I took some advice and did a door to door check of what people thought and found some startling results.

100% of the people I spoke to were quite happy. Interestingly enough, several of them identified one annoying neighbor who had a completely unreasonable idea of what living in an apartment complex was all about. People I spoke with suspected that this one neighbor was responsible for the majority of poor reviews on this website. If you read through them, it is pretty obvious they are mostly written by the same person. They couldn't wait to get to this website and contradict his statements.

The complex is obviously popular and people aren't rushing to move out since I had to spend 2 months on a waiting list to get the unit I wanted.

After living here for the last 30 days I can say without hesitation that there is no credibility to the negative reviews. None. This is the quietest apartment complex in which you will ever live. Not sure' Do what I did. Take a drive over here on a Saturday night and walk around the entire complex. See if you can hear noise. I'll bet 1 months rent you can't.

Parking has not been a problem once, nor has the management crew been anything less than friendly. There were a couple of issues with my apartment when I moved in and they were fixed within 24 hours of my move in (the front doorbell stuck and the bulbs were burned out in my office).

You will probably continue to see more positive reviews on this website since I am telling other residents about it and asking them to come over here and tell the real story.

In short, yes, talk to the people living here and you will find a the overwhelming majority of them are very happy with their apartment and the complex.

I second this. It is probably one person complaining. I know a ton of people here and no one has ever complained about anything like the stuff you read here.

I was one of the people who spoke to this person before they moved in. I highly recommend this complex. The negative statements on this board are false.
