Real Pros and Cons
From: -Anonymous-Date posted: 3/17/2005
Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
Pros:
Lots of things to do. 24 hour gym, pool, sauna, rec room, theater, library.
Nice sized apartments. Large kitchens and bathrooms.
Out of the way and extremely quiet.
Thick walls, built to condo specs. You shouldn't hear your neighbors.
Garages and plenty of parking.
Cons:
Traffic. Located in a section of town were traffic is the worst. The merge.
High rents. The rents seem high for where it is located.
Horse farm. You will get a wiff of horse at the front of the complex. (You want to get an apartment towards the back in N, O, or P)
Neutral:
Management. Treat them with respect and they will do the same. They don't suddenly change once you sign the lease, but if you are a habitual problem, they do have the option of tuning you out.
Repairs. You get an 800 number to call for repairs. Calling a third party in another state for repairs makes it feel impersonal. Sometimes the message doesn't get through correctly. Not worth complaining about, but nothing to rave about either.
I believe the pros outway the cons and recommend the complex.
