Can't add much to what has already been said, place has its 's and -'s. I figured that if I'm going to spend $$$ living in SD, why not see the ocean or have a view or something' This place is in a canyon-why am I spending $$$ to look at a wall of dirt. There are nicer places, west of the 5, for <$. Easy choice.
