Read a couple of other reviews on my way out of this place. Best advice I saw was to talk to the residents here before you move in. Complete nonsense that one person is writing bad reviews. I tried living here for more than six months, finally breaking my lease, taking the hit, to get out or here. Worst management I've ever seen. They literally don't give a damn about residents. Same for the "amenities." Clearly, they want to sign you up and then move on to the next sale. Company should split out their sales force and get people in here who care about the residents. Examples' Business center that sometimes has supplies, most times doesn't. Booking the theater is an exercise in bureaucratic silliness. You'll be lucky to get to use it once every 90 days. Sometimes filthy jacuzzi. Broken gym equipment. Bascially, if something breaks, in you apt or the club house, expect to wait up to a month to get something done. Final point, IQ does count. The management/staff ain't the sharpest tools in the shed and when you get one of these idiots with an attitude...look out. The maintenance guys are the best. They do try when they get to it. But the foks in the sales office...some of the worst in the business. Good luck and don't trust the reviews here. Ask around in person and see for yourself. But WARNING! Don't sign a lease until you do! For the money, you can do a great deal better than this place.
