took the advice of somebody here and talked to some of the tenants before I moved in. Sure enough. Slick sales types in the clubhouse...residents told different story. "Don't belive the mgt./sales people. Talked to six different apts...all said same thing that echos others here. Bad place once they hook you in. One person told story of having to wait six weeks to book theater. Another told of being kicked out of club house by staff "gestapo" not once but twice in one week (here words not mine). Another actually filed a complaint with Better Business. I'm out. No way. Good luck.
