Pinnacle at Carmel Creek

Decent place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/30/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I have lived in 4 complexes in San Diego and this is by far the best value for the money. I can't speak for everyone, but my apartment is pretty quiet. I hear an occassional door slam or dog barking, but that's about it. I have never had a problem finding a parking spot. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Apartment living by nature can try your nerves, but I think the people who are writing the negative reviews are, for the most part, spoiled. Maybe they just moved to San Diego and are expecting the world for a couple thousand a month. Pinnacle at Carmel Creek is relatively innexpensive for the neighborhood that it's in. Every now and again something will break, sometimes the pool is crowded with kids, but overall I feel like I get a good deal for the amount I pay in rent.
