Heartily agree with "Unbiased Review" (two down). Absolutely accurate. As far as management, here they go again with another "glowing" review right after a negative (by the way, whoever the Einstein is in the office who wrote it..."their" in the second sentence is supposed to be "there". Indication of the IQs you'll be dealing with.
