Parking isn't a problem unless you are really lazy. There are tons of spots available all over, but sometimes the ones close to my apartment fill up, but since there is lots of open parking, I just have to drive one building or lot over. I think I heard a party one night, but I just closed my window and the noise was gone. You can't really hear much when the windows are closed. I think the people upstairs do aerobics so I usually hear like about half an hour of thumping every night at around six thirty. It was annoying for the first few days, but pretty muffled so I got used to it. The only time I ever deal with the office staff is when I drop off my rent check, but they are always nice and friendly. My rent went up $60, when I got my renewal notice. I considered moving, but couldn't find anything in the area that was a better value and had all the stuff I like. I work on High Bluff, so I wanted to be close, so the choices were really limited since most of the stuff around here is now condos. All in all it is a really good value for the money and a nice place to live.

If you want to know what this place is like visit the pool on a Saturday. There will be at least 10 residents complaining about a variety of issues. The office staff is a joke. They are rude and unprofessional. Parking isn't the best but I have seen worse. If you can afford deposits to rent a house or condo, do it. The rents are about the same and you can have more privacy and a nicer place.
