I have simply held out far too long in writing my own tenant review. I find that many of the problems with this property reside squarely on the shoulders of the management and staff.
This certainly is not the same high-quality property that it once was. More often now, you will find debris, inoperable lighting, the ever-broken front entry gate, broken access gates to the pool area, locked facilities, closed offices, and inoperable equipment...and more.
And the first-class concierge services...FORGET IT! Where is the staff when you need them' Just when is the clubhouse, media center, business center open anyway' If you've lived here long enough, you'd know that you we no longer have the ability to rent movies, games, bicycles, or even arrange for dry cleaning services. YES...these things did once exist.
The bad thing is...if you haven't lived here that long, you REALLY don't know what you're missing. You might be better off that way too.
