Quick warning to anyone looking to rent. The deterioration of this property has become so rapid and so complete that word is the company is going to dump it and courts may be shutting it down. Bankruptcy scenario and bankrupt environment. This might explain the disaster called management personnel. The place has become a real horror story. Management consists of minimum wage clerks who don't have a clue and don't give a damn. Several lawsuits and more coming have apparently become the straw that has broken this camel's back. Bad, bad news and the folks coming in now reflect that. Noise, drugs, booze and all tht come with that...all this at a place that used to be a "luxury" property. Too bad. So sad. Tragic, blah, blah, blah. All that ain't going to help you if you get in on a lease. Best advice, get out, or stay away. One of the real lemons in the San Diego rental community. What geniuses operate this pig anyway' That might be a more interesting story. Good luck.
