I would just like to comment on the recent postings.

I think anyone can tell both sides are a little biased. If you read some of the reviews down the list, you will discover as a place to live it is not that bad. However, WITHOUT DOUBT the management are evil slime-dwellers. Since I have been here my rent has been going up about 15% a year - do the math. They certainly realize moving is expensive and a major hassle - but at that rate, it is simply extortion! Also, when I originally looked at an apartment, they quoted me one price, and then when I became interested, they said the only one available is $150 more than the quoted rate. Has a great view they said. Yeah, a view of a dirt hill! Basically, management only cares about money and they apply minimal effort to do anything for the tenant (unless you are a hot chick - then those boys in the office jump like dogs in heat). It is pretty clear as well that the management posts on this website. They are easy to spot since it is true, they really can not spell. For every real post there is an absurd positive post. They are like Fox News, say it enough and stupid people will begin to believe.

As for the other items people complain about, maintenance is about average, but what can you expect. The web-based submission form is nice since you do not have to deal with the idiots in the office. The speed bumps are amazingly annoying and living over a garage can be a nightmare. Dog barking is probably more excessive than other complexes, and once again, the management really will not get involved with tenant complaints or disputes. Garbage trucks do come very early in the morning and parking can be hit or miss in the late evening. The carpet does suck; my advice, DO NOT AGREE TO A LEASE UNLESS THEY PROVIDE NEW CARPET!

Overall, the place is not too bad to live considering the alternatives. However, this particular management will make a point of screwing you for every penny they are able, and they are relentless. I imagine most people kiss goodbye to their deposit. I can not imagine anyone is strong enough to pull a penny from their greedy little hands.

I imagine the office clowns make minimum wage, so I do feel kind of guilty for slamming them around for their spelling.
