Have lived here at PCC for a while. The propery continues to deteriorate. Lush landscaping replaced with bareness and dog piss everywhere! You can't even keep your doors/windows open because the piss smell comes into your apt! So much for fresh air. Front gate is almost always broken, so it serves so purpose other than to be an annoyance. Maintenance crew sucks! Have had to call for repairs to my apt and have had to clean up after them every time! I know very little about maintenance, yet I am certain I can do a better job than they do! No way I'd let them in my apt without being there so I can supervise them and tell them what to do!
Management has changed again, and like the last one...no one knows who they are! Never see them walking the grounds or talking with tenants. The amenities are generally broken or unavailable because the staff is never around! Forget using the clubhouse...no point for it to even exist...it is locked before any reasonable person gets a chance to get home from work and use it. Buildings and windows are filthy! Can't remember the last time I saw any REAL maintenance happening around here!
I am seeing people move out at a higher rate than ever before! I'm just waiting for the day when I can get out of here too!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! I hope these never get converted to condos because I can't imagine anyone actually BUYING one of these...besides, with the terrible maintenance, who knows what you'll be in for!
