I have just moved out of this place and I could not possibly be happier to be leaving! I have lived in many complexes and the management here is by far the worse of the bunch. I am quite certain their motto is lie, cheat and steal. This is not to be unexpected when you have people making an hourly wage renting apartments that run over $2K per month.

Overall, I would say the apartment is about average. For the most part, I would agree with most of what the person who wrote the review ??Unbiased Review?? which is listed below.

The real problem comes at any stage you deal with the management. When I originally agreed to the apartment, the quoted price was for $1750, but when I went to sign the lease it said $1850. The person said we charge $1750 for that apartment, but this one had a great view ?? and that is an extra $100. I asked if another was available at the $1750 price and the answer was no. I was now stuck and my $100 view is of other apartments, except the one window which is off to the side, I can see a dirt hill. The same person also gave me the incorrect address. I had all my mail and what-not sent to some other persons apartment. All I got was a sorry. Incompetence is their glowing quality.

After moving in, I complained about my bathroom floor and the crappy rug. No response ?? someone looked at it and said it was fine. My heat also did not work, when the maintenance person was here he completely flooded my apartment. I had to help clean up the mess. Did I get an apology' NO! After 24 months, my rent had increased over 32%. I asked for a new carpet ?? yet, the answer was again no. That??s all I can take ?? moving is a pain in the butt and expensive, but I needed to get away from here.

I requested a walk-through inspection of the apartment before leaving. If you think you??re getting any deposit back, you are insane. The first two inspections I scheduled, the guy just blew off ?? a complete no show. On the third attempt, the guy comes in for less than 10 seconds, says my carpet is worn down and smells ?? it will need to be replaced, everything will need to be painted, and the apartment will need a complete cleaning. I spent a week cleaning that place - the guy did not even look at the stove or anything significant ?? a complete scam. I even tried to tell him that on my move-in sheet I noted the worn down carpet ?? just did not matter. I talked to my neighbor after I had moved out ?? apparently they just shampooed the carpet for the new resident, even though they took my deposit. Basically, these people are crooks ?? they are out to take as much money from you as possible.

My advice, stay completely and far away from this place. These people are immoral and stupid, a very dangerous combination!
