I have lived at Pinnacle for about 1yr and 4 months and the place is getting worse by the day. First of all I have observed obvious hoodlum in the parking lot blasting loud music in the middle of the night (There was a rape in one of the units in July 07). Management claims that they changed security patrol companies. I have not observed any security patrol in months. The previous company sucked but at least you would see them cruise through the complex at night sometimes. There are numerous large vicious dogs walking their owners in the complex so you have be careful walking around corners. Dog owners just let them ---- and just leave it on the ground. There are never any water cups in the gym. The so called security gate is always broken usually on the weekends. There is no type of video surveillance of the parking lot or gym. There is an obvious dummy camera in the gym. People drive extremely fast through the parking lot(Management needs to have more speed bumps installed). Driving from the entrance around the curve leading to the office is very dangerous because the curve is blind. Management should install a convex mirror so that drivers can see around corner. My upstairs neighbors have dogs inside of their apartment that I can hear running wild constantly. Now two positives. Great location!!!!!!!!!!and I have had a very good response from maintenance whenever requested.
