I have lived here for about 6 months. Occasionally a car will drive by with blasting, loud rap music. Frequently, people are out walking their dogs- and for the most part they clean up after their dogs. Sometimes I can hear dogs bark outside, (so what') I live on an end unit, so minimal neighbor walls & I don't hear any of my neighbors.
My biggest complaint is that people don't use the recycling bins provided. They must be either uneducated about recycling or too lazy to participate. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
