Well noted. We moved out of that hellhole almost 5 months ago ( to the beautiful state of Oregon!) and we still ----- about that place. Normally I wouldn't respond to these postings but seriously that place was such a nightmare I just can't resist. They tried to rip us off even after we moved out. Got a huge "move out" bill- way more than they quoted. Naturally, it's the Pinnacle at Crappy Creek way.

AGREED! My lease is up and I am so ready to move out! Unfortunately I have to go month to month for the mean time and our rent is going from $1800 to over $2000. This place is a dump, parking sucks, landscaping meager, management weak, the walls are horribly thin, carpet is the cheapest, appliances are garbage, I could go on! I got locked out of my apartment and the management wouldn't give me a key to get back in, they told me to call a locksmith. Are you kidding me!!!! DO NOT MOVE IN!

if you are looking do not move here. It is way over priced and noisier than hell!! The parking sucks and the management incompetant. Look wisely and avoid this place at all costs. There are no security measures, the gate is constantly broken and the quality of tenants is going down even though the prices are going up... Worst living situation of our lives!

this is the funniest place for whiners and people whom need to vent, if you cant afford a decent place to live move back to the hood
