I have been a resident for about 6 months now and it has been a wonderful experience, my kids go to a great school and we use the amenities a lot. The only problem I have had was with a neighbor's noise and the security patrol was quick to respond. The community is gated so I feel safe and I havent had any problems with management.

These other writers need to stop whining about price, you pay for what you get if you want a safe quiet place it is going to cost a little more than a college dorm.

No doubt about paying for what you get,but your not really getting anything at these apartments that's out of the ordinary haha. If you do your research you can find condos and houses in the same Del Mar locations (quiet and safe can you believe that) for less than you pay at these apartments. So I do agree you have to be willing to pay for more than a college dorm for a nice place to live (where in san diego do you not??) but not that this is some ordinary cost you pay for apartments in san diego
