I have been a resident here for almost 3 years now with no intentions on moving, the beach is close, shopping is close and so are the hwys.

My rent has gone up a little bit and I am not thrilled with that but the amenities are great we use the pool a lot and the movie theater, the new staff has been great and it has been quiet for the most part.

I would recommend this place
