We rented in late June, by mid July the apartment had a musty odor, at the end of July mold was growing on our shoes and cloths. The blankets, cloths, and throw down carpets always felt damp in my kids rooms. Management changed the carpets to vinyl flooring and replaced carpets in late July, but it did not fix the problem. To make a long story short we hired a lab to test the air in the apartment and the results were it was not suitable to live in with the amplified spour count of mold. Whats more frusterating is that they tried to mask the bad odor in the apratment with deoderizors when we first rented it. After the test results we vacated the apartment as fast as we could due to health reasons. New Management now is trying to make it our fault by not leaving a paper trail. Oh,and by the way, the manager and leasing agent at the time of our problem is no longer employed there. Also from management , the excuse of being moist in the apartment was it is north facing.

WOW
You would think they would take mold seriously, I have had nothing but problems with new management especially Tina, She is the 3rd manager in the past year and wont respond at all to any of my calls and when she does she is rude and non responsive. Not sure what happened to the old management but atleast they were responsive.
