My husband and I moved in August of last year. The day we were moving in a woman was in the office complaining - that should have been a clue! The management changed hands so many times. There are so many bad experiences, I can't possibly post them all! I found a cat, called the office to let them know in case anybody called them; after a few hours of no return call, I called again and a new guy answered and proceeded to tell me that they ONLY CHECK MESSAGES IN THE MORNING!!!!! We had SEVERAL issues with the downstairs neighbors making noise. I had to call security countless times and the office. After over a month of dealing with this, they finally stopped. When it kicked in again a few months later, I called the security to have them come by only to be told that they are no longer the security for our building. I called the old security that was still on Pinnacle's answering machine and they said they weren't security either...as far as I could tell, we had NO security for the building at that time! The next day the office said it was an error and they still had a contract through the end of the month....whatever! At move out I got accused of having a garage sale because the movers had pulled our belongings out to be able to pack the truck more effectively - I am NOT the only one who loaded or unloaded a truck like that! The manager flat out lied to me on 3 different occasions then proceeded to tell me that I was wrong - wish I would have recorded the conversations! I am now arguing with them over the amount owed....they're saying my apartment needed more cleaning when my husband and I were on our hands and knees cleaning! They are a RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Find another place!!!!

However....the maintenance staff are fantastic!!
