Disgusting! That is the only word to describe this place. My husband, daughter and I moved into this place less than a week ago, and so far we've only been disappointed. The carpets smelled of urine and were very dirty. When we called to report this, --------told us that maintenance staff would be here within the hour. Surprise!! No one showed up! We didn't have the initial walk through because the maintenance staff never showed up. There were dirty hand prints on the wall, paint on the blinds, and lights did not work properly. It took a complaint to the company to get maintenance and office staff to come over. When we called, we were told that we would have to come-in in person. We are working people and we just can't take time out of our day to go into the office in person, so we call. But here aparently everything must be done in person or by complaining to the company. The floor plan in impossible, the stairs are too narrow to bring in furniture. We had to bring our couch and other things inside by bringing over the balcony. Looks are very deceiving, especially with this place. If I had to do it all over again, I would have never moved here. We are already looking for a new place to live. For future residents, good luck, you'll need it.
